This policy outlines our billing practices for Grok Imagine credits, credit pack rules, refund eligibility, service delivery terms, and fraud prevention measures to ensure transparency and a secure user experience for all Grok Spicy Mode users.

1. Payment and Fees

Grok Spicy Mode operates on a credit-based model. When purchasing Grok Imagine credit packs, you must provide accurate and authorized payment information.

By purchasing Grok Spicy credits, you authorize Grok Spicy and our payment partners (Stripe) to charge your payment method for the one-time credit pack purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions—all credit packs are one-time purchases with specified validity periods.

Stripe processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including refunded or canceled transactions.

2. Grok Imagine Credit Management

Grok Spicy credits are delivered instantly upon purchase and are valid for the period specified in your credit pack.

Credits expire at the end of their validity period and cannot be extended or refunded after expiration.

Account sharing, automated scripts, or unauthorized Grok Imagine API usage may result in account suspension without refund.

Credits are consumed based on generation complexity—features like 8K resolution, HDR10+, SSS rendering, and batch processing consume more credits per generation.

3. Refund Policy

Our Grok Spicy Mode service delivers Grok Imagine credits and DiT Architecture-powered functionality instantly upon purchase. All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once any credits have been used.

We offer free trial credits for users to evaluate Grok Imagine prompt adherence, SSS rendering quality, and DiT Architecture performance before purchasing credit packs.



3.1 No-Refund Policy After Use
All credit pack purchases are final. Once any credits have been consumed or any Grok Spicy Mode features have been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to use our free trial credits to evaluate the service before purchasing.



3.2 Service Delivery
Once Grok Imagine credits are issued to your account or Grok Spicy Mode features are unlocked, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled, regardless of whether the credits are used.

All sales are final upon delivery of credits to your account.



3.3 Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases:
  • Duplicate payments (accidental repeat transactions for the exact same order)
  • Confirmed unauthorized charges (after identity verification), where no credits have been used
  • Verified technical failures that completely prevented Grok Imagine service access and no credits were consumed


3.4 Non-refundable situations:
  • Any credit pack where one or more credits have been used
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after credits have been accessed
  • Stripe processing fees (non-refundable by Stripe)
  • Content policy violations resulting in account suspension
  • Proven fraudulent activity or abuse of Grok Spicy systems
  • Credits that have expired due to validity period completion


3.5 Refund Process:

Refunds, when approved under the limited exceptions above, are issued only to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days).

Users should contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a dispute with their bank. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in delayed processing or account restrictions.

Filing false or abusive refund requests may result in suspension, termination, or liability for related fees and losses.

4. Security and Fraud Prevention

We maintain strict fraud prevention and security protocols for Grok Spicy Mode, including:

  • Zero-knowledge privacy architecture for all Grok Imagine generations
  • User identity and payment verification
  • Industry-standard encryption through Stripe
